基于分期修建的沥青路面下面层修复处治施工技术

Construction Technology for Repairing and Treating the Lower Layer of Asphalt PavementBased on Phased Construction

分期修建的沥青路面下面层与面层之间在材料上的差异性不容忽视,前期铺筑的沥青路面经过车辆荷载的反复碾压和自然因素的复杂作用,会产生不同程度的变异。为此,在后期修复时需要对下面层进行详细调查与评估,并在此基础上完成沥青路面的二期施工。本文通过近几年来类似的工作经验阐述分期修建的沥青路面下面层修复处治技术,通过合理的工艺优化,既提高沥青路面的整体性能,也可有效降低施工成本。

The differences in materials between the lower layer and surface layer of asphalt pavement constructed in stages cannot be ignored.The asphalt pavement laid in the early stage will undergo varying degrees of variation due to repeated rolling by vehicle loads and the complex effects of natural factors.For this reason,a detailed investigation and evaluation of the underlying layer is required during the later repair,and on this basis,the second phase of asphalt pavement construction needs to be completed.This article elaborates on the repair and treatment technology for the lower layer of asphalt pavement constructed in stages based on similar work experience in recent years.Through reasonable process optimization,it can not only improve the overall performance of asphalt pavement,but also effectively reduce construction costs.
