摘要
针对平岗矿回采巷道煤柱合理留设尺寸优化研究,选定平岗矿33#煤层右一面为工程背景,采用极限平衡理论经验公式对煤柱宽度进行理论分析计算,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同煤柱宽度下围岩应力及塑性破坏特征进行分析。结果表明:理论计算得出煤柱的合理留设宽度为5.83~6.72m,数值模拟结果可得煤柱宽度在5~7m时围岩较为稳定。对取值范围进行对比分析,得出煤柱的合理留设宽度为6m。可为同类条件下煤柱合理留设尺寸的确定提供参考。
Aiming at the optimization study on the reasonable retention size of coal column in the remining roadway of Pinggang Mine,the right side of the coal seam 33#of Pinggang Mine was selected as the engineering background,the theoretical analysis and calculation of the coal column width was carried out by the limit equilibrium theoretical empirical formula,and the stress and plastic failure characteristics of the surrounding rock under different coal column widths were analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software.Through theoretical calculation,the reasonable retention width of the coal column is 5.83~6.72m,and the numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock is relatively stable when the width of the coal column is 5~7m.The value range is comparatively analyzed,and the reasonable width of the coal column is 6m.It can provide a reference for the determination of the reasonable retention size of the coal column under similar conditions.
