数字化转型的绩效驱动效应研究——基于双元创新视角

Research on the Performance Driving Effect of Digital Transformation:Based on the Perspective of Ambidextrous Innovation

本文基于2010-2021年我国A股上市公司数据作为研究样本,从理论与实证层面考察数字化转型对企业绩效的影响。研究发现数字化转型对企业绩效有显著驱动效应,能够提升企业绩效,进一步对其机制研究发现,数字化转型可以通过提升企业探索式创新与开发式创新推动绩效提升。本文的结论细化了对企业创新投入水平的研究,对企业的经济效应提升具有现实意义,为企业合理配置资源,有效创新驱动企业高质量发展提供参考。

Based on the data of China's A-share non-financial listed companies from 2010 to 2021 as a research sample,this paper examines the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance from the theoretical and empirical levels.It is found that digital transformation has a significant driving effect on enterprise performance and can improve enterprise performance,and further research on its mechanism finds that digital transformation can promote performance improvement by improving enterprise exploratory innovation investment and development innovation investment.The conclusion of this paper refines the research on the level of enterprise innovation investment,which has practical significance for the improvement of the economic effect of enterprises,and provides a reference for enterprises to rationally allocate resources and effectively drive the high-quality development of enterprises.
