摘要 随着科技的快速发展,智慧农业已成为现代农业的一种重要发展模式,智慧农业人才的缺乏已经成为制约智慧农业发展的重要因素,有关智慧农业人才问题的探讨也已成为智慧农业领域的一个热点话题。虽然学术界和产业界对于智慧农业人才缺乏这一问题提出一系列的对策建议,尤其自2020年以来智慧农业领域的相关专业陆续获批后,智慧农业专业的学科设置和学生培养问题备受关注,但鲜有学者探究智慧农业人才的培养模式问题。显然,相关问题的探究有助于实践界结合实际需求采用合适的模式培养对口的亟需人才,从而提高智慧农业人才培养的效率和效果。据此,该文采用扎根理论通过对网络资料和文献资料的分析归纳,凝练出智慧农业人才的培养模式,这是对智慧农业相关领域研究的丰富和补充。 With the rapid development of science and technology,smart agriculture has become an important development model of modern agriculture,and the lack of smart agricultural talents has become an important factor restricting the development of smart agriculture.The discussion on smart agricultural talents has also become a hot topic in the field of smart agriculture.Academia and industry have put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on the lack of smart agricultural talents,especially after the relevant majors in the field of smart agriculture have been approved one after another since 2020,much attention has been paid to the discipline setting and student training of smart agriculture,but few scholars have explored the training mode of smart agricultural talents.Obviously,the exploration of related issues will help the practice community to adopt an appropriate model to train the urgently needed talents according to the actual needs,so as to improve the efficiency and effect of smart agricultural personnel training.Accordingly,this paper adopts the Grounded Theory to analyze and summarize the network data and literature,and condenses the training mode of smart agricultural talents,which enriches and complements the research in related fields of smart agriculture.
