农业社会化服务助推现代农业高质量发展

农业社会化服务是实现中国式农业现代化和促进小农户与现代农业有机衔接的关键途径,也是实现乡村振兴的必然选择。当前,农业社会化服务主要面临农业社会化服务供给水平低、农民的合作意识淡薄、农户对农业社会化服务需求表达不通畅、基层政府保障不及时不充分。通过培育多元化的农业社会化服务组织主体、大力培育新型职业农民、完善社会服务管理体系及协调供需方的关系、加强政府农业公共服务能力建设等手段,能使我国农业社会化服务能力得到提升,从而助推现代农业高质量发展。

Agricultural socialized service is not only the key way to realize the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture and promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,but also the inevitable choice to realize the revitalization of rural areas.At present,agricultural socialization service is mainly faced with low supply level of agricultural socialization service,weak cooperation consciousness of farmers,poor expression of farmers'demand for agricultural socialization service,and inadequate guarantee of grass-roots government.By means of cultivating diversified agricultural socialized service organizations,vigorously cultivating new professional farmers,perfecting the social service management system,coordinating the relationship between supply and demand,and strengthening the government's agricultural public service capacity construction,it can improve the ability of agricultural socialization service in our country,so as to promote the high-quality development of modern agriculture.
