摘要
目的:比较两种基原蛤壳CaCO_(3)和铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)的差异。方法:从广东收集15份文蛤、7份青蛤药材样品,建立测定蛤壳CaCO_(3)含量的滴定法和5种重金属元素含量的ICP-MS法,测定其含量。结果:以CaCO_(3)的含量为指标,15份文蛤壳样品有6份样品不符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定,平均值为94.03%;7份青蛤样品有2份样品不符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定,平均值为96.17%。从CaCO_(3)含量的角度看,青蛤的质量优于文蛤,且两种蛤壳之间的CaCO_(3)含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在5种重金属及有害元素中,22份样品均符合规定,说明两者的重金属及有害元素的安全性高。其中,文蛤与青蛤Pb与Cd含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种蛤壳其余重金属及有害元素的含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:青蛤和文蛤有效成分和重金属及有害元素存在一定差异。该研究可以为蛤壳的质量评价提供参考依据。
Objective:To compare the differences of CaCO_(3)and lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg),copper(Cu)and arsenic(As)in the two sources of Meretricis Concha Cyclinae Concha.Methods:Fifteen samples of Meretrix Meretrix and seven samples of Cyclina Sinensis were collected from Guangdong Province.The contents of CaCO_(3)were determined by titration method in Meretricis Concha Cyclinae Concha,and the ICP-MS method was developed for the determination of five heavy metals and harmful elements.Results:As the contents of CaCO_(3),Six samples did not conform with the Chinese pharmacopeia regulations in Meretrix Meretrix,with an average value of 94.03%.Two samples did not conform with the pharmacopeia regulations in Cyclina Sinensis,with an average value of 96.17%.From the perspective of the contents of CaCO_(3),the quality of Cyclina Sinensis was better than that of Meretrix Meretrix,and there was a significant difference in the contents of CaCO_(3)between them(P<0.05).Among the five heavy metals and harmful elements,22 samples did conform with the Chinese pharmacopeia regulations,indicating that the safety of Meretricis Concha Cyclinae Concha was high in the heavy metals and harmful elements.There were significant differences in the contents of Pb and Cd between the two sources(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the contents of other heavy metals between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences in active components,heavy metals,and harmful elements between the two sources of Meretricis Concha Cyclinae Concha,this study can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Meretricis Concha Cyclinae Concha.
