摘要
目的:通过正交设计结合熵权法优选扶正屏风颗粒的成型工艺。方法:以颗粒的成型率、休止角、堆密度、溶化性为评价指标,测定颗粒的各个指标后,采用熵权法计算各指标权重,得到综合评分。结果:各因素对综合指标影响主次顺序为干燥温度>乙醇浓度>药辅比。扶正屏风颗粒的成型最优工艺为药辅比1∶1,乙醇浓度为90%,干燥温度为60℃。结论:采用熵权法可以用来优选扶正屏风颗粒的成型工艺,为批量化和标准化生产提供了理论依据。
Objective:To establish the molding process of Fuzheng Pingfeng Granules by orthogonal design combined with the entropy weight method.Methods:The molding rate,angle of repose,bulk density,and solubility of particles were used as evaluation indexes.After measuring each index of particles,the weight of each index was calculated by the entropy weight method,and the comprehensive score was obtained.Results:The order of influence of each factor on the comprehensive index was drying temperature>ethanol concentration>drug-to-adjuvant ratio.The optimum process was as follows the ratio of drug to auxiliary was 1∶1,the concentration of ethanol was 90%,and the drying temperature was 60℃.Conclusion:The Entropy weight method can be used to optimize the molding process of Fuzheng Pingfeng Granules.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for batch and standardized production.
