逍遥散中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片治疗肝郁脾虚型月经失调的疗效差异研究

To Compare and Analyze the Difference of Curative Effect Between Chinese Herbal Formula Granules and Traditional Chinese Herbal Decoction Pieces in Xiaoyao San in Treating Menstrual Disorder of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:对比分析中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片在逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚型月经失调的疗效差异,为两者临床应用奠定基础。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,选择符合肝郁脾虚证的月经失调患者120例,其中,中药配方颗粒组与中药饮片组每组60例,1剂/d,早晚分2次服用,中药配方颗粒组采用逍遥散的中药配方颗粒剂型治疗,中药饮片组采用逍遥散的传统中药汤剂剂型治疗,疗程为3个月经周期,用药期间两组患者不接受其他治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的月经周期、经期、经量状况的改善状况,并对两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分进行评分量化比较,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:经3个月经周期治疗后,中药配方颗粒组总有效率为75.00%,中药饮片组总有效率为71.67%,两组患者治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医症状积分方面,经治疗后两组患者中医症状均有不同程度改善。两组患者中医症状积分治疗前后组内自身比较,差异均有统计学意义(两组均为P<0.05)。而两组患者中医症状积分组间比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片在逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚型月经失调临床总有效率基本一致,均能用于治疗肝郁脾虚型月经失调,且经治疗后,可显著改善患者的中医症状。

Objective:To compare and analyze the difference of curative effect between Chinese herbal formula granules and traditional Chinese herbal decoction pieces in Xiaoyao San in treating menstrual disorders of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.It lays a foundation for their clinical application.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted to select 120 patients with menstrual disorders conforming to the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,including 60 patients in each group of TCM formula granule group and TCM decoction piece group.1 dose/d,divided into two times in the morning and evening The TCM formula granule group was treated with the TCM formula granule form of Xiaoyao San,and the TCM decoction piece group was treated with the TCM decoction form of Xiaoyao San.The treatment course was 3 menstrual cycles.Patients in both groups received no other treatment during medication.The improvement of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,and menstrual volume before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the scores of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were quantitatively compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the total effective rate was 75%in the Chinese herbal formula granule group and 71.67%in the Chinese herbal slices group,there was no statistical significance in the treatment effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of TCM symptom scores,TCM symptoms of both groups were improved to varying degrees after treatment.The internal comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05 for both groups).In terms of the comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups,before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)either.Conclusion:The total clinical effective rate of TCM formula granules and TCM decoction pieces in Xiaoyao San is basically the same.All of them can be used to treat the menstrual disorder of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients after treatment.
