摘要
为验证矿山法施工联络通道的可行性,文中以杭州—富阳城际铁路工程受降站—受高区间风井盾构区间为背景,阐述复杂环境条件下中风化粉砂岩联络通道施工的洞内注浆预加固、洞口临时预应力支撑安装、超前小导管、型钢支架及喷锚护壁等关键技术,并对现场监测结果进行分析。研究结论采用提洞内注浆+超前小导管等联合施工技术施工杭州中风化粉砂岩联络通道是可行的,盾构隧道以及邻近的地铁隧道位移在允许范围。研究结论可为联络通道设计施工提供借鉴。
In order to verify the feasibility of connected aisle with mining method,the section from the Shouxiang station to interval air shaft of Hangzhou&Fuyang inter-city railway has been studied.The key technical aspects of the connected aisle construction in moderately weathered siltstone,such as pre-grouting reinforcement,installation of temporary prestressed supports at the tunnel portal,advance small conduits,shaped steel supports and shotcretebolt under complex environmental conditions are analyzed.The site-monitoring result is analyzed in details.The re⁃sults show that it is feasible to construct connected aisle in the moderately weathered siltstone by using the com⁃bined construction technology of tunnel grouting and advance small conduit.Except that,the displacement of rela⁃tive tunnels is smaller than the allowed value.The conclusions may provide the reference for design and construction of similar projects.
