引流管背包的设计及在普外科术后患者早期下床活动中的应用

Design of the drainage tube backpack and its application in the early disimplantation activities of patients after general surgery

目的:自制引流管背包,观察其在普外科术后多管路患者早期下床活动中的应用效果。方法:选取保定市第一中心医院2020年1~6月普外科手术患者76例,采用随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组各38例。实验组在患者下床活动时使用引流管背包安置管路,辅助病人早期下床活动,对照组患者下床活动时应用传统别针方法安置管路,比较两组患者术后首次下地时间、活动时长、术后第一天下地活动时长、下床活动时管路不良事件发生例数。结果:实验组术后首次下地活动时长、术后第一天下地活动时长均较对照组长,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组术后首次下地时间、管路不良事件发生例数比较差异无统计学意义(均 P>0.05)。 结论:引流管背包制作简单、佩戴舒适、安全,能减少多种管路带来的活动障碍,促使患者尽早下地活动,增加患者下床活动时长,是一种高效、安全、优质的管路护理方式。

Objective To observe the application effect of self-made drainage tube backpack in early ambulation of patients with multiple tubes after general surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing general surgery in Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from January to June 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.In the experimental group,the drainage tube backpack was used to place the pipeline when the patients got out of bed to assist the patients to get out of bed early.In the control group,the traditional pin method was used to place the pipeline when the patients got out of bed.The first ambulation time,activity time,ambulation time on the first day after operation,and the number of adverse events of pipeline when getting out of bed were compared between the two groups.Results The time of the first postoperative ambulation and the first postoperative day ambulation in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the first ambulation time and the number of adverse events of the pipeline between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The drainage tube backpack is simple to make,comfortable to wear and safe,which can reduce the activity obstacles caused by a variety of pipes,promote patients to ambulate as soon as possible,and increase the time of ambulation.It is an efficient,safe and high-quality pipeline nursing method.
