摘要
采用“四步法”合成甲基(氯)异噻唑啉酮,在固定原料配比条件下,研究优化的反应条件,并首次提出利用减压蒸馏与离心分离提纯产品,产品收率大幅提高;最后通过红外吸收光谱、核磁共振和高效液相色谱等仪器分析手段对中间产物和最终产物进行分析与表征。结果表明:产品结构正确,新的分离工艺产品收率达到90%以上。
Methyl(chloro)isothiazole ketone was synthesized by four-step method,under the condition of fixed raw material ratio,the optimized reaction conditions were studied,and the product was purified by vacuum distillation and centrifugal separation for the first time,and the product yield was greatly improved.Finally,the intermediate and final products were analyzed and characterized by infrared absorption spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance and high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the product structure was correct,and the yield of the new separation process was more than 90%.
