SCR脱硝控制技术在燃煤锅炉中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 燃煤电站锅炉燃烧产生的烟气中含有大量的氮氧化物等污染物,需要对其进行脱硝处理。为了提高燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硝效率,采用S-1型模拟烟气脱硝实验评价装置开展了SCR脱硝控制技术在燃煤锅炉中的应用研究,以脱硝效率为评价指标,主要考察了SCR催化剂类型、反应温度、反应时间、氨氮摩尔比、空速、氧气体积分数和烟气含水率对脱硝效率的影响。结果表明:在相同的实验条件下,SCR催化剂V2O5/TiO_(2)对目标燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硝处理效果最好;选择V2O5/TiO_(2)作为催化剂,在反应温度为360℃、反应时间为200 ms、空速为20000 h^(-1)、氨氮摩尔比为1.0、氧气体积分数为6%、烟气含水率为0的条件下,脱硝效率可以达到89.8%,脱硝处理效果较好。研究结果认为,SCR脱硝控制技术能够对目标燃煤锅炉烟气起到良好的脱硝效果。 The flue gas generated by the combustion of coal-fired power plant boilers contains a large amount of nitrogen oxides and other pollutants,which require denitrification treatment.In order to improve the denitrification efficiency of coal-fired boiler flue gas,the S-1 type simulated flue gas denitrification experimental evaluation device was used to carry out the application research of SCR denitrification control technology in coal-fired boilers.The denitrification efficiency was used as the evaluation index,the effects of SCR catalyst type,reaction temperature,reaction time,ammonia nitrogen molar ratio,space velocity,oxygen volume fraction and flue gas moisture content on denitrification efficiency were investigated.The results showed that under the same experimental conditions,the SCR catalyst V2O5/TiO_(2)had the best denitrification treatment effect on the target coal-fired boiler flue gas;Choosing V2O5/TiO_(2)as the catalyst,under the conditions of reaction temperature of 360℃,reaction time of 200 ms,space velocity of 20000 h^(-1),ammonia nitrogen molar ratio of 1.0,oxygen volume fraction of 6%,and flue gas moisture content of 0,the denitrification efficiency reached 89.8%,and the denitrification treatment effect was good.The research results suggest that SCR denitrification control technology can achieve good denitrification effect on the target coal-fired boiler flue gas.
