摘要
以二醋酸纤维素(CDA)为基材,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、1,5-戊二胺-3-磺酸钠(A50)、N,N-二(2-羟乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(BES-Na)、2,3-二羟基丙磺酸钠(DHPA)和N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙烷磺酸钠(AAS)分别作为亲水剂,通过桥连剂IPDI将亲水剂引入到CDA分子中,制备CDA水性高分子乳液。结果表明:磺酸盐型亲水剂A50所制备的CDA水性高分子乳液粒径及粒径分布范围相对较小,固含量较高,乳液储存稳定性较好;羧酸盐型亲水剂DMBA所制备的CDA水性高分子乳液涂膜柔韧性较高,疏水性较强,断裂伸长率高。
Cellulose diacetate(CDA)was used as the substrate,dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),dimethylolbutyric acid(DMBA),1,5-pentanediamine-3-sulfonic acid sodium(A50),N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid sodium(BES-Na),2,3-dihydroxypropanesulfonic acid sodium(DHPA)and N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid sodium(AAS)were used as hydrophilic agents,respectively,the hydrophilic agent was introduced into the CDA molecule by the bridging agent IPDI to prepare the CDA waterborne polymer emulsion.The results showed that the particle size and particle size distribution of CDA waterborne polymer emulsion prepared by sulfonate hydrophilic agent A50 were relatively small,the solid content was high,and the storage stability of the emulsion was good.The CDA waterborne polymer emulsion film prepared by carboxylate hydrophilic agent DMBA had high flexibility,strong hydrophobicity and high elongation at break.
