基于动态酰腙共价键自修复凝胶调剖体系室内研究

摘要 利用剪切流变仪、布式黏度计,开展基于动态酰腙共价键自修复的凝胶调剖体系性能研究。结果表明:自修复凝胶体系在质量浓度为3000 mg·L^(-1)时,随着剪切速率的增加,解缔合作用与缔合作用逐渐达到平衡,黏度趋于稳定;自修复凝胶体系储能模量G’大幅大于损耗模量G",是具有高弹可逆形变的黏弹性流体;自修复凝胶体系对海上Q油田现场污水具有较好的适应性;自修复凝胶体系在前5天黏度下降比较快,5天后下降速率明显减慢,黏度趋于稳定;自修复凝胶体系在1000 r·min-1机械剪切1 min后仍具有良好的黏度及黏弹性恢复性能。综合以上实验结果,自修复凝胶体系能够保持动态平衡,当剪切后断裂的分子链交联位点碰撞到己二酰肼后发生反应,实现分子链的再延长,从而增加自修复凝胶体系黏度。 According to the offshore Q oilfield conditions,the indoor performance evaluation of the self repairing gel profile control system based on dynamic acylhydrazone covalent bond was carried out.The results showed that,the self repairing gel system had a mutation mass concentration of 3 oo0 mg L^(-1)through the viscosity increasing experiment;The viscoelastic experiment showed that the self repairing gel system G′was significantly larger than G″,which was a viscoelastic fluid with high elasticity and reversible deformation;The sewage adaptability experiment showed that the self repairing gel system had good adaptability to Q oilfield on-site sewage;According to the long-term stability experiment,the viscosity of self repairing gel system decreased rapidly in the first five days,and the decline rate slowed down significantly after five days.The viscosity almost stabilized,and the viscosity was still greater than that of polyacrylamide;The self repairing performance experiment showed that the self repairing gel system still had good viscosity and viscoelastic recovery performance after 1 min mechanical shearing at 1000 r·min^(-1).
