现代康复与中国传统康复共存发展是我国康复医学的特色优势,两者存在交叉融通发展的趋势。随着康复医学的社会需求及重要性日益突出,开展以整体观念为代表的两种康复医学在宏观理念上的差异与发展趋势探讨,是探索两种康复医学模式交叉融通发展的关键点。整体观念是中医康复医学的优势,能够将机体康复、心理康复、社会功能恢复等融为一体,形成整体康复理念。现代康复有其新医学模式理论指导下的整体观念。两种整体观念既存在理论来源、思想内涵上的不同,互有优劣,又表现出基于在回归社会最终康复目标指导下的以中医康复整体观念为思想指导、现代康复整体观念为技术补充的融合发展的趋势。两种整体观念有机结合有助于构建整合康复医学发展的新格局,真正实现中西医康复有机结合。

The coexistence of modern rehabilitation and Chinese traditional rehabilitation is the characteristic advantage of Chinese rehabilitation medicine,which have a trend of cross-integration development.With the increasingly prominent social needs and importance of rehabilitation medicine,it is the key point to explore the differences and development trend of the two rehabilitation medicine models in macro concept represented by the holistic concept.Holistic concept is the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation medicine,which can integrate physical rehabilitation,psychological rehabilitation and social function recovery into a holistic concept of rehabilitation.Modern rehabilitation also has its whole concept under the guidance of new medical model theory.The two holistic concepts are not only different in theoretical sources and ideological connotations,but also show a trend of integrated development based on the ultimate rehabilitation goal of returning to society,guided by the holistic concept of TCM rehabilitation as the ideological guidance and the modern holistic concept of rehabilitation as the technical supplement.The organic combination of the two holistic concepts is helpful to build a new pattern of integrated rehabilitation medicine development and realize the organic combination of Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation.
