基于月经周期阴阳消长转化探讨自噬在多囊卵巢综合征中的作用

月经周期阴阳消长转化是月经周而复始的本质,多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)多因阴阳消长不利而致排卵障碍,表现为月经后期及闭经。细胞自噬是调控机体应激反应的一种稳态机制,对卵泡发育与闭锁具有双重调节作用,与中医阴阳理论相对应,并伴随月经周期阴阳消长而变化。文章试从月经周期阴阳消长转化出发,探求细胞自噬在PCOS排卵障碍的作用,为中医药治疗PCOS及其基础研究提供更多启示。

The relationship between yin and yang in menstrual cycle is the essence of the rhythm.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)whose main symptoms are late menstruation and amenorrhea,is mostly caused by ovulation disorder due to the abnormally change of yin and yang.Autophagy is a steady-state mechanism that regulates the body's stress response.It plays a dual regulatory role in follicular development and atresia,which corresponds to the theory of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine,and changes with the growth and decline of yin and yang in menstrual cycle.This paper tries to explore effects of autophagy on PCOS from the change of yin and yang in menstrual cycle,and provide more enlightenment for the treatment of PCOS with traditional Chinese medicine and its basic research.
