岭南名医池晓玲慢病管理“话疗”技术应用

Application of‘dialogue therapy’technology in chronic disease management by renowned Lingnan physician CHI Xiaoling

文章介绍池晓玲教授创立并长期临床实践的“多维立体系列疗法体系”之“慢病管理系列”重要组成技术之一--“话疗”技术。池教授认为疾病的发生多始于神变、渐至形变,故神明失安为慢病重要源头,对慢病的治疗应该以治神为主,而“话疗”技术乃由神入道之法,契合病情。文章详述“话疗”技术操作要点,强调实施过程中,应以患者为本,首重治神,以语言释治为实施途径,以当下起效或者获效为特点,并促使患者建立彻底的自我认知及有益于自我修复和体内重建的习惯,达到阴阳平和、相生相融的健康状态。

This paper highlights a key strategy in the‘chronic disease management series’of professor CHI Xiaoling's widely adopted‘multi-dimensional three-dimensional steric therapeutic system’:the‘dialogue therapy’technique.Professor CHI suggests that the genesis of many diseases begins with psychological alterations,which eventually surface as physical ailments.Thus,disruptions in mental clarity frequently constitute the root of chronic diseases.Treatment strategies,therefore,should focus predominantly on mental rehabilitation.Originating from the concept of mental healing as a primary therapeutic approach,the'dialogue therapy technique is especially effective for these types of disorders.The study details the implementation of the‘dialogue therapy’method,highlighting the criticality of patient-centric treatment.At its core,this method employs therapeutic dialogue as its principal intervention,renowned for its swift and noticeable results.It further encourages patients to enhance their self-awareness and cultivate practices that promote self-healing and physical rejuvenation.The ultimate objective is to nurture a health state defined by a balanced and interactive relationship between yin and yang.
