基于国医大师张震“疏调气机”探讨过敏体质调节策略

Therapeutic strategy in conditioning allergic constitution based on TCM master ZHANG Zhen's‘regulating qi'

过敏体质的形成与先天禀赋及后天形成相关。张震教授认为,气机是人体正常的综合性的生理功能的体现,气机失调诸症的治疗,以一体两翼为基础,疏调气机为治法,疏调汤治之。通过调复气机升降运动以维持体内环境的平衡,出入运动维持人体与自然界物质交换。文章基于体质可调理论,探讨疏调调体之法。具体为疏调气机、协调气机升降出入,调气以扶正气,增强机体御邪能力;祛散体内邪气,正本澄源,保持体内环境稳态,激发、调节各脏腑气机和功能以更好地适应外在环境。

The formation of allergic constitution is related to congenital endowment and acquired form.Professor ZHANG Zhen believes that qi is the embodiment of normal and comprehensive physiological functions of the human body.The treatment of disordered qi movement syndrome is based on one body with two wings,regulating qi as the treatment method,and regulating qi as the treatment method.To maintain the balance of internal environment by regulating the qi ascending-descending movement,and to maintain the material exchange between the human body and the natural world by regulating the qi exiting-entering movement.Based on theory of adjustable constitution,discussing the therapeutic strategy of regulating qi for allergic constitution.Regulating qi,normally ascending-descending-exiting-entering of qi,tonifying qi and dispelling evil,to distinguish yin and yang and to settle the center and the exterior,to better adapt to the external environment.
