中药植物雌激素防治早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with traditional Chinese medicine phytoestrogen

中药植物雌激素是一类具有生物活性的非甾体化合物,有望替代药用雌激素长期服用治疗,具有开发潜力。中药植物雌激素广泛存在于妇科常用中药中,主要分为黄酮类、木酚素类、香豆雌酚类等7大类。文章针对治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的中药植物雌激素进行综述,根据其改善卵巢功能、修复生殖系统、改善POI远期并发症等生物学功能分别阐述,以期为治疗POI的药品开发及临床应用提供新思路和依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine phytoestrogen is a class of biologically active non-steroidal compounds,which are expected to replace medicinal estrogens for long-term treatment and have development potential.Traditional Chinese medicine phytoestrogen is widely used in gynecological traditional Chinese medicine,which are mainly divided into seven categories:flavonoids,lignans,fenugreek estrogens and others.The article provides a review of traditional Chinese medicine phytoestrogen for the treatment of premature ovarian insuffciency(POI),and describes them according to their biological functions of improving ovarian function,repairing the reproductive system,and ameliorating the far-advanced complications of POl,with a view to providing new ideas and bases for the development of medicines for the treatment of POI and their clinical application.
