五行是古人将空间、时间、自然规律抽象化所形成的思维模型。本课题组改进了传统研究方法,创新性地将“唯物主义史观”应用于五行起源的研究中,主要成果如下:论证了五行思维的底层观念来源于“五方”;论证了五行思维的概念基础来源于“五时”,具体内涵来源于“五材”;为“河图十数”提供了新的解读角度;分析了五行相互关系的理论基础;根据“五行-五脏”配属的演变脉络,还原其配属逻辑;从现代视角对五行思维的积极意义与局限性进行反思,兼与西方医学体系比较,对今后的理论研究和临床实践提出了3点建议。

ing space,time and natural laws.Our research team improved the traditional research methods and innovatively applied the‘historical materialism'to the study about the origin of the five elements.The main achievements are as follows:It demonstrates that the underlying sense of the'five elements'thought came from the‘five directions';It demonstrates that the conceptual basis of the five elements thought originated from the‘five seasons',and the specific connotation originated from the‘five materials';It provides a new interpretive angle for the‘ten figures of river chart';The theoretical basis of the relationship between the five elements is analyzed;According to the evolution of the‘five elements-five zang organs'allocation,restore its allocation logic;This paper reflects on the positive significance and limitations of the five elements thought from a modern perspective,compares it with the modern medical system,and puts forward three suggestions for future theoretical research and clinical practice.
