运气脉法南北政不应脉理论源流考

Research on origin of theory of nonresponsive pulse of South-North azimuth of Yunqipulsediagnosis

南北政不应脉理论是运气脉法的一部分,最早记载于《黄帝内经》中,因临床难以验证,几近成谜。文章从汪机《运气易览·论南北政》入手,通过对比宋代以降包括刘温舒、刘完素、张景岳、李中梓、李延昰、张志聪、黄元御、任应秋等诸医家的相应著作,梳理出南北政不应脉的理论源流主要有两大主线,一则主张“少阴所在为不应”,一则认为应以“少阴居中,厥阴居右,太阴居左”的方位判断不应脉的左右。

As a part of Yunqi pulse diagnosis,the theory of nonresponsive pulse of South-North azimuth was first recorded in Huangdi Neijing,which was almost a mystery due to its difficulty in clinical verification.Starting with the theory of South-North Azimuth in Yunqi Yilan of WANG Ji,this article sorted out the origin and flow of the theory of nonresponsive pulse of South-North azimuth through comparing related works of many medical masters after Song dynasty,including LIU Wenshu,LIU Wansu,ZHANG Jingyue,LI Zhongzi,LI Yanshi,ZHANG Zhicong,HUANG Yuanyu,REN Yingqiu,and other ancient doctors.Generally two main theories were founded.The first was that the unresponsive pulse is located in where Shaoyin is,the other theory was that the Shaoyin is the middle,Jueyin is the right and Taiyin is the left giving a baseline to judge the position of unresponsive pulse.
