“蛊毒”释意补考

Complementary and textual research of‘Gu Du'

我国古代文献中所涉及的“蛊”的范畴极为广泛,但描述模糊且众说纷纭,故颇具神秘色彩。现代学者对“蛊毒”作为致病因素具体是何物亦争议颇多。笔者基于古代医书典籍及现代研究对“蛊毒”进行探讨,认为“蛊毒”的本质是多种致病因素的总称,这些致病因素都较为隐匿,病源及传播途径广泛,临床表现具有多样性。“蛊毒”除了包括日本血吸虫、细菌、动植物毒素等致病因素,还很可能是一些寄生虫。

The scope of‘Gu'in ancient Chinese literature is extremely broad.There are many different points of view with‘Gu',and the description of Gu is vague,so it is quite mysterious.Modern scholars have controversy of'Gu Du',and they have different views.Now,the author make textual criticism of Gu Du'base on ancient traditional Chinese medicine literature and modern research.It is believed that the essence of‘Gu Du'is a general term for a variety of pathogenic factors.These causative factors are hidden,the disease sources and the route of transmission are quite wide range,and the clinical presentations are diverse.The‘Gu Du'in addition to schistosomiasis,pathogenic factor like bacteria,plant and animal toxins,it also includes some parasites and rare parasitic diseases.
