基于文化传承视角的藏医尿诊特色探析

Exploration on the characteristic of urine diagnosis of Tibetan medicine based on the perspective of cultural inheritance

藏医尿诊作为藏医重要诊断方法,主要运用三时九诊法诊断疾病,其理论体系完整,且临床经验丰富。文章采用文献法、比较法围绕藏医尿诊的诊断方式、研究现状与科研价值进行探讨,并与其他医学体系(蒙医学、维吾尔医学等)尿诊比较,归纳总结藏医尿诊的诊断特征。研究发现藏医尿诊具有系统性、完整性、传统性、地域性、高度文献化以及广泛传播的鲜明特性,与其他传统医学相比内容更加丰富,观察更加细致,诊断准确性更高。但藏医尿诊现代化研究较少,应保持民族医药特色基础上,秉承开放包容、互学互鉴的原则,提高藏医特色诊疗技术水平,既要考虑文化意义,也要加强应用价值。文章为理解藏医尿诊的科学内涵,开展具有藏医药文化特色的传承、发展和创新研究提供了参考。

Urinary diagnosis of Tibetan medicine is an important diagnosis in Tibetan medicine.It mainly uses the three-hour nine-diagnosis to diagnose diseases.It has full theories and rich clinical experience.This article uses literature method and comparative method to discuss the diagnosis,research status and scientific research value of Tibetan medicine urinary diagnosis,and compares it with urinary diagnosis in other medical systems(Mongolian medicine,Erotic medicine,etc.),and summarizes the diagnostic characteristics of Tibetan medicine urinary diagnosis.The study found that Tibetan medicine urinary diagnosis has the distinctive characteristics of being systematic,complete,specific,regional,highly documented,and widely disseminated.Compared with other medicines,it has richer content,more detailed observations,and higher diagnostic accuracy.However,there are few studies on the modernization of urinary diagnosis in Tibetan medicine.Based on the characteristics of ethnic medicine,adhering to the principles of openness,inclusiveness,and mutual learning,improving the technical level of diagnosis and treatment with Tibetan medicine characteristics should not only consider the cultural significance,but also strengthen the application value.This article provides a reference for understanding the scientific connotation of Tibetan medicine urinalysis and carrying out inheritance and innovative research with Tibetan medicine cultural characteristics.
