命运共同体视域下现代产业学院“三融四同八共”模式探索与实践——以吉林省机器人现代产业学院为例

Exploration and Practice of the Modern Industrial College of“Three Integrations,Four Identities and Eight Commons”from the Perspective of Community with a Shared Future——Taking Jilin Robotics Modern Industial College as an Example

产业学院是培养新时代应用型、技术技能型人才的有效载体。内涵发展过程是现代产业学院建设的历史逻辑,国家战略引导是现代产业学院建设的政策内涵,“命运共同体”是现代产业学院建设的理论逻辑,技术技能人才培养是现代产业学院建设的实践逻辑。从“命运共同体”理论出发,探索提出“三融四同八共”的建设机理,并以机器人现代产业学院为例,提出现代产业学院的实践路径:联创产业学院机制;共创产业学院架构;重创专业群结构;新创育人课程体系;开创德技并修课堂;专创岗课赛证路径。

Industrial colleges are an effective carrier for cultivating applied and technical skilled talents in the new era.The process of connotation development is the historical logic of the construction of modern industrial colleges,the national strategic guidance is the policy connotation of the construction of modern industrial colleges,the“community with a shared future”is the theoretical logic of the construction of modern industrial colleges,and the training of technical and skilled talents is the practical logic of the construction of modern industrial colleges.Starting from the theory of“community with a shared future”,the construction mechanism of“three integrations,four identities and eight commons”is explored and proposed,taking the Robotics Modern Industial College as an example,the practical paths of modern industial college are proposed:joint creation of industrial college mechanism;co-creation of industrial college structure;re-creation of specialty group structure;new creation of training course system;creation of moral and technical concurrent training classroom;special creation of post-course-competition-certificate paths.
