RTM用生物基联苯环氧树脂化学流变及固化特性

Chemical rheology and curing characteristics of bio-based biphenyl epoxy resins for RTM

摘要 设计合成了一种RTM用新型生物基四官能度联苯环氧树脂,采用旋转流变仪和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对其流变特性及固化特性进行了研究。根据其等温化学流变行为,发现采用双阿伦尼乌斯粘度模型可有效预测树脂的加工工艺窗口。根据其非等温DSC固化反应行为及Malek方法分析确定了树脂体系的固化反应符合自催化模型,选用Sestak-Berggren双参数自催化动力学模型分析表明,其模型曲线与实验曲线吻合良好。研究结果为确定生物基联苯环氧树脂的RTM工艺参数提供了理论依据。 A novel bio-based tetrafunctional biphenyl epoxy resin for RTM was designed and synthesized,and its rheological properties and curing characteristics were studied by rotational rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).Based on its isothermal chemical rheological behavior,it was found that the use of the double Arrhenius viscosity model could effectively predict the processing window of resin.According to the non-isothermal DSC curing reaction behavior and Malek method analysis,the curing reaction of the resin system conformed to the autocatalytic model,and the Sestak-Berggren two-parameter autocatalytic kinetic model analysis showed that the model curve was in good agreement with the experimental curve.The results provided a theoretical basis for determining the RTM process parameters of bio-based biphenyl epoxy resin.
