高校基本建设项目档案作为高校基建工作的真实记录和历史凭证,是高校实现长期发展必不可缺的重要基础。文章针对当前高校基本建设项目档案工作的重视程度有待加强、流程管理有待规范、信息化建设有待完善、服务质量有待提升等问题,提出了强化工作意识、规范业务流程、加强信息化管理、创新监督指导方式的发展对策。

As the true record and historical proof of university infrastructure work,the university infrastruc-ture construction project archives play an indispensable foundation for the longterm development of universi-ties.In view of the problems of the current university infrastructure construction project archives work,such as the degree of attention to be strengthened,process management to be standardized,information construc-tion to be improved,service quality to be improved,this paper puts forward development countermeasures such as strengthening work consciousness,standardizing business process,strengthening information man-agement,and innovating supervision and guidance methods.
