分布式固体氧化物燃料电池发电系统发展现状与展望

摘要 能源是工业的粮食、国民经济的命脉。构建以清洁低碳能源为主体的能源供应体系,加速发展新型电力系统是我国实现“双碳”目标的关键举措。固体氧化物燃料电池(solid oxide fuel cell,SOFC)分布式发电系统凭借高发电效率、低温室气体排放以及安全可靠的系统保障脱颖而出,展现了下一代新型电力系统广阔发展前景,是世界主要发达国家大力发展和推广的新型分布式发电技术。该文从技术、结构、系统、应用等多个层面对以SOFC为代表的新型电力系统进行梳理;并对综合煤气化燃料电池联合发电技术(integrated gasification fuel cell,IGFC)进行介绍和碳减排分析;最后,针对分布式燃料电池发电系统的发展提出建议与展望。 Energy is the feedstock of industry and pillar of the economy.Building an energy supply system focusing on the clean energy and accelerating the development of new power system are of great importance for the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)distributed power generation system,outstanding for its high efficiency,low emissions and safe and reliable system support facility,shows the blueprint of next generation of new power systems,and is highly promoted by major developed countries in the world.This paper reviews the new power system represented by SOFC in terms of technology,structure,system and application,and analyzes the carbon emission reduction of the integrated gasification fuel cell(IGFC)technology.Finally,some suggestions and prospects for the development of fuel cell distributed power station are proposed.
