中国湿电子化学品发展现状与展望

Development status and prospect of wet electronic chemicals in China

通过分析世界及中国湿电子化学品供需现状,总结产业发展存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。外资企业加大在中国的产能布局,中国部分高端产品供应能力实现突破。预计2022~2027年,湿电子化学品市场需求将稳步较快增长,中国湿电子化学品需求年均增速约为10%。但是,中国湿电子化学品行业存在整体规模小、高端产品供应不足、部分产品同质化、创新能力弱,且关键配套设备和材料依赖进口、专业人才缺乏等问题。建议加强行业整合,打造行业领军企业;加强应用需求与材料研发对接,推动湿电子化学品及配套设施的国产化;加快专业人才队伍培养。

By analyzing the current situation of supply and demand of wet electronic chemicals in the world and China,the problems of industrial development was summarized and corresponding suggestions was put forwarded.In recent years,foreign-funded enterprises have increased the capacity layout in China,while some of China's high-end products supply capacity to achieve breakthroughs.It was expected that the market demand for wet electronic chemicals will steadily and rapidly grow from 2022 to 2027,with an average annual growth rate of about 10%in China.However,there were some problems in China's wet electronic chemical industry,includings small overall scale,insufficient supply of high-end products,homogenization of some products and weak innovation ability,key supporting equipment and materials rely on imports,lack of professionals.It was suggested to carry out industry integration and create industry leading enterprises,strengthen the docking between application requirements and material research and development;and promote the localization of wet electronic chemicals and supporting facilities;accelerate the cultivation of professional talents.
