摘要
高比例新能源电力系统中,储能类用户不断增加,传统基于机组组合模型的出清机制难以适应发电厂与储能用户间的市场竞争问题。为此,以新型储能为例,提出了储能申报充、放电价差的竞价策略,并建立了相适应的电能量市场出清模型,基于拉格朗日松弛原理,提出了含储能用户参与市场的优化出清方法,以标准6节点系统与IEEE118节点系统为例开展了算例分析,验证了所提方法的合理性与适应性。与基于机组组合的市场出清模型相比,所提报价策略与出清模型可有效提高储能类用户的总收益,增加社会福利的同时保证源–荷–储各方收益的合理性。与充、放电分别报价策略相比,充放电价差报价策略可避免电价整体浮动造成新型储能收益损失,降低了因电价预测误差所产生的风险。
In a power system with the high penetration level of new energy generation,since the energy storage(ES)units keep increasing,the traditional market clearing model based on the unit commitment model can hardly deal with the market competition among the generators and the ES players.In this regard,taking the new-type energy storage as an example,a strategy of bidding price difference between charging and discharging(PDCD)is proposed for the ES players and a corresponding market clearing model is constructed.An optimization to clear the market with the ES participation is proposed based on the Lagrange relaxation theory.The proposed model makes ES player participate in the market competition actively.Case studies are carried out on a standard 6-bus system and an IEEE 118-bus system,verifying the reasonability and adaptability of the proposed method.Compared to the traditional market clearing models based on the unit commitment,the proposed bidding strategy and the market clearing model effectively increase the profit of the ES players,promote the social welfare and ensure the profit reasonability of generation and demand side.Compared to the separate bidding strategies for charging and discharging in the existing researches,the bidding strategy of the PDCD avoids the profit losses in condition of the simultaneous fluctuation of the day-ahead energy price curve and reduce the risks caused by the electricity price prediction errors.
