摘要
近年来山火引发的电力跳闸事故频发,山火监测及风险预警是目前电网防灾减灾的关键技术之一。山火的有效监测与预警既能减少山火引发电网事故,也能为判断山火的起因提供科学的判断依据。该文综述了现有的卫星遥感监测、图像视频监测等电网山火监测技术与电网山火风险预警技术,介绍了电网山火监测技术和现有技术手段的方法和原理,归纳了其不足之处,最后结合电网实际运行需求提出了电网山火监测预警技术下一步研究方向与建议。
In recent years,the power trip accidents caused by mountain fire occur frequently.Mountain fire monitoring and risk early warning are one of the key technologies for power grid disaster prevention and mitigation.The effective monitoring and early warning of mountain fires can not only reduce the power grid accidents caused by mountain fires,but also provide a scientific basis for judging the causes of mountain fires.This paper summarizes the existing satellite remote sensing monitoring,image video monitoring and other grid fire monitoring technologies and grid fire risk early warning technologies,introduces the methods and principles of grid fire monitoring technologies and existing technical means,summarizes their shortcomings,and finally puts forward the next research direction and suggestions of grid fire monitoring and early warning technology in combination with the actual operation needs of the grid.
