滋阴泻火方联合醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗对性早熟女童性激素水平、第二性征的影响

Effect of Ziyin Xiehuo Prescription Combined with Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres on Levels of Sex Hormones and Secondary Sex Character in Girls with Precocious Puberty

目的:观察滋阴泻火方与醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合治疗对性早熟女童性激素水平、第二性征的影响。方法:选取104例性早熟女童,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各52例。2组女童均采用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,观察组在此基础上加服滋阴泻火方。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后血清黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)、胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白3 (IGFBP-3)、Ⅰ型原胶原N-端前肽(P1NP)、N端骨钙素(N-MID)水平、第二性征的变化。结果:观察组临床总有效率为96.15%,对照组为80.77%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组LH、E_(2)、FSH水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组LH、E_(2)、FSH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清N-MID、IGFBP-3、P1NP水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组N-MID、IGFBP-3、P1NP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.54%,对照组不良反应发生率为9.62%,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用滋阴泻火方联合醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗性早熟疗效显著,可有效抑制患儿性激素水平与成骨细胞活性,延缓第二性征出现,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Ziyin Xiehuo Prescription combined with Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres on levels of sex hormones and secondary sex character in girls with precocious puberty.Methods:A total of 104 girls with precocious puberty were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres,and the observation group was additionally given Ziyin Xiehuo Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed;the changes of levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),insulin-like growth factor binding proteins 3(IGFBP-3),procollagen 1 N-terminal propeptide(P1NP) and N-MID osteocalcin(N-MID-OT) and secondary sex character were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group,and 80.77% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,E_(2) and FSH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume,ovarian volume and follicular diameter in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the above three indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum N-MID-OT,IGFBP-3 and P1NP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.54% in the observation group and 9.62% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Ziyin Xiehuo Prescription combined with Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres has a definite curative effect on girls with precocious puberty,which can effectively inhibit the levels of sex hormones and activity of osteoblast,and postpone the occurrence of secondary sex character with good safety.
