小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合推拿治疗急性支气管炎伴发热临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules Combined with Tuina for Acute Bronchitis with Fever

目的:观察小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合推拿治疗急性支气管炎伴发热的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将98例急性支气管炎伴发热患儿分为对照组与治疗组各49例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组加用推拿治疗,治疗组加用小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合推拿治疗。比较2组临床疗效及开始退热、完全退热、咳嗽停止及肺部啰音消失时间;比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子、T淋巴亚群、免疫球蛋白水平。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率95.92%,高于对照组79.59%(P<0.05)。治疗组开始退热时间、完全退热时间、咳嗽停止时间、肺部啰音消失时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分及血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)水平均较对照组降低(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分及血清炎症因子、免疫球蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合推拿治疗急性支气管炎伴发热,能够有效改善患者发热、咳嗽等临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫功能,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules combined with tuina on acute bronchitis with fever.Methods:A total of 98 cases with acute bronchitis with fever were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment;the control group was additionally treated with tuina,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules and tuina.The clinical effects in the two groups and the onset time of fever reduction,the time of complete fever reduction,the time of cough cessation and the disappearance time of lung rales were compared.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,inflammatory factors,T lymphoid subsets and immunoglobulin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92% in the treatment group,higher than that of 79.59% in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of fever reduction,the time of complete fever reduction,the time of cough cessation and the disappearance time of lung rales in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),immunoglobulin G(IgG) and immunoglobulin M(IgM) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and levels of serum inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules combined with tuina has a significant clinical effect on acute bronchitis with fever,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as fever and cough,reduce inflammatory responses,and improve immune function.
