电针联合放血疗法治疗急性期带状疱疹(肝经郁热证)的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Electroacupuncture Combined with Bloodletting Therapy on Acute Herpes Zoster Cases with Syndrome of Heat Stagnation in Liver Channel

目的 观察电针联合放血疗法治疗急性期带状疱疹(HZ)(肝经郁热证)的临床疗效。方法 将98例急性期HZ(肝经郁热证)患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各49例。对照组患者采取阿昔洛韦片治疗;治疗组患者的阿昔洛韦用法同对照组,并采取电针联合放血疗法干预。两组连续治疗10 d。比较两组患者的治疗效果、主要症状消退时间、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平。结果 治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.88%、77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在止疱、疼痛缓解、结痂以及脱痂方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);疗程结束后,两组病例的VAS评分明显减少,但治疗组减少更明显(P<0.05);疗程结束后,两组患者血清IL-4水平显著降低,IFN-γ水平显著增加,且治疗组以上指标改善更优(P<0.05)。结论 电针联合放血疗法治疗急性期HZ肝经郁热证的临床疗效明显,有助于患者临床症状的改善与疼痛的缓解,以及抑制炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on acute herpes zoster(HZ)cases with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver channel.Methods:A total of 98 acute HZ patients with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver channel were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with acyclovir tablets,and treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on the basis of the control group.The two groups were continuously treated for 10 days.The treatment ef⁃fects,time to resolution of major symptoms,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,and serum levels of interleukin(IL)-4 and IFN-γlevels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.88%and 77.55%,respectively,which had statistical signifi⁃cance(P<0.05).The improvement time of blister arrest,pain relief,scab formation and scab removal in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of IL-4 was evidently decreased and interferon(IFN)-γwas significantly increased in both groups,and the above indexes improved better in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on acute HZ cases with heat stagnation in liver channel is obvious,which is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and relieve pain,as well as inhibit inflammatory response.
