摘要
通过调研M市农村老年教育现状,发现目前农村老年教育存在参与主体数量不足、主导机制不畅、教育定位不合理、规范性不够等困境,应确立积极老龄化理念并建立健全农村老年教育政策法规,破除老年数字藩篱并增加农村老年教育的供给,建立“四结合”机制以促进农村老年教育均衡发展,满足农村老年人群社会发展要求并建立质量评估体系等,推动农村老年教育发展。
Through the investigation of the current situation of rural elderly education in M city,we find that the current rural elderly education has lots of difficulties such as insufficient number of participants,poor leading mechanism,unreasonable educational positioning and insufficient standardization.We should establish the concept of active aging and establish and improve the policies and regulations of rural elderly education,break the barriers of elderly numbers and increase the supply of rural elderly education,establish a“four combination”mechanism to promote the balanced development of rural elderly education,meet the social development requirements of rural elderly population and establish a quality assessment system to promote the development of rural elderly education.
