微时代高校学生网络舆情:特征、困境及多维应对

摘要 微时代高校学生网络舆情存在信息裂变以致舆情传播更迭迅速、群体极化以致线上线下舆论交织发酵、后真相化凸显理性思维困境的特征。对高校学生网络舆情的治理面临风险研判响应机制滞后、多元化手段缺乏、思想政治教育网络话语权薄弱的现实困境。应建立健全高校学生网络舆情预警和监测的长效机制、强化多维联动的高校学生网络舆情队伍建设,提升数字技术优化舆情监控,从而有效应对高校网络舆情。 In the micro-era,the online public opinion of college students is characterized by information fragmentation,which leads to rapid changes in public opinion communication,group polarization,which leads to the interweaving and fermentation of online and offline public opinion,and post-truth,which highlights the characteristics of the dilemma of rational thinking.The governance of college students’online public opinion has some realistic dilemmas,such as delayed risk prediction and response mechanism,lack of diversified means,and weak online discourse power of ideological and political education.We should establish a long-term mechanism for early warning and monitoring of online public opinion of college students,strengthen the multi-dimensional linkage of college students’online public opinion team construction and improve digital technology to optimize public opinion monitoring so as to effectively respond to college online public opinion.
