On the Reform of Agricultural Master’s Ideological and Political Education under the Doctrine of“Three Comprehensive Education”

农业硕士是实施乡村振兴战略的重要人才力量,农业硕士的培养需要正确的思想政治教育引领。“三全育人”理念所强调的系统观为农业硕士思想政治教育改革提供了理论支持。当前农业硕士思想政治教育改革面临生源结构复杂、思政力量薄弱、思政教育链条较长、思政教育方法传统等困境,应基于全员育人理念建设农业硕士思想政治教育队伍,基于全过程育人理念构建农业硕士思想政治教育程序,基于全方位育人理念革新农业硕士思想政治教育方式。

Master of Agriculture is an important talent force to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The cultivation of Master of Agriculture requires the guidance of correct ideological and political education.The system view emphasized by the doctrine of“three complete education”provides theoretical support for the reform of ideological and political education for agricultural masters.Under the review of the doctrine of“Three Comprehensive Education”,the reform of ideological and political education for agricultural masters faces many difficulties,such as complex student source structure,weak ideological and political ability,long ideological and political education chain,and traditional ideological and political methods.In view of this,it is advisable to build an agricultural master’s ideological and political education team based on the doctrine of full staff education,build an agricultural master’s ideological and political education program based on the doctrine of whole process education and innovate the agricultural master’s ideological and political education method based on the doctrine of all-round education.
