基于MDT-Net的物联网安全性能智能预测

摘要 人工智能和大数据等新兴技术推动了多样化智能物联网(Internet of Things, IoT)应用的发展。物联网将在满足多样化智能应用的高吞吐量需求方面发挥重要作用。然而,由于物联网信道的开放性和多样性使得安全信息容易受到非法窃取,从而导致物联网通信网络中断和严重的信息安全问题,这限制了物联网在传输敏感数据领域的运用。为了实时处理复杂的物联网通信安全事件,准确的安全性能预测对于支持移动物联网网络至关重要。建立了基于解码转发协作的多天线安全通信系统模型,并对其性能进行了分析。此外,给出了安全中断概率(Security Outage Probability, SOP)表达式,并用于评估安全性能。为此,提出了一种基于MDT-Net的智能SOP预测算法。设计了MDT-Net模型,融合了MobileNet网络中深度可分离卷积模块,空洞卷积(Depthwise separable convolution)和Transformer网络结构,由多个深度可分离卷积块,空洞卷积块和Transformer模块组成。该方法适合物联网安全数据的非线性。实验证明,相比于其他算法,可以获得更好的物联网安全性能预测。特别是在预测精度方面,智能算法提高了98.9%。 Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data are driving the development of diversified Intelligent Internet of Things(Internet of Things,IoT)applications.IoT will play an important role in meeting the high throughput needs of diverse smart applications.However,due to the openness and diversity of IoT channels,security information is vulnerable to illegal theft,resulting in IoT communication network interruptions and serious information security problems,which limits the use of IoT in the field of transmitting sensitive data.To handle complex IoT security incidents in real time,accurate security performance predictions are critical to support mobile IoT networks.In this paper,a model of multi-antenna secure communication system based on decode-forward(DF)relay is proposed,and its performance is analyzed.In addition,the security outage probability(SOP)expressions are derived and used to evaluate security performance.Therefore,an intelligent SOP prediction algorithm based on MDT-Net is proposed.An improved MDT-Net model is designed,and it combines the characteristics of deep separable convolution,hollow convolution and transformer network structure.The model is composed of multiple deep separable convolution blocks,hollow convolution blocks and transformer modules.This method is suitable for the nonlinearity of the security data of the Internet of Things.Experiments show that compared with other algorithms,the intelligent algorithm proposed in this paper can achieve better security performance prediction of the Internet of Things.Especially in the prediction accuracy,the intelligent algorithm has improved by 98.9%.
