摘要
糙刺孢篮状菌组是篮状菌属一个较大的组,该组中有些种产生类似于红曲色素(Monascus pigments)的嗜氮酮类生物碱(azaphilone alkloids)且不产真菌毒素,具有较高的潜在应用价值。通过形态学和基于BenA-CaM-Rpb2-ITS组合序列的分子系统学研究,我们确定从土壤分离得到了该组的两个我国新记录种,即热微黄篮状菌(Talaromyces calidominioluteus)和卡迪斯篮状菌(T.gaditanus)。热微黄篮状菌在CYA和MEA上生长较慢,产生适量或大量深灰绿色分生孢子,菌丝体呈淡硫磺黄色,在CYA上产生适量浅橙黄色可溶性色素,菌落背面呈赤褐色。卡迪斯篮状菌在CYA上生长局限,产生稀疏的分生孢子,菌丝体呈白色夹杂淡红色且产生适量红色可溶性色素,菌落背面血红色,在MEA上生长适中,产生稀疏的分生孢子并产生絮状绿黄色菌丝体。
Sect.Trachyspermi is one of the larger sections of the genus Talaromyces,in which some species produce azaphilone alkaloids like Monascus pigments,without producing any mycotoxins,which may have a high potential application value.According to morphological characters and the phylogenetic analysis of the combined BenA-CaM-Rpb2-ITS sequence maxtrix,we confirmed that two species isolated from soil of China are new records of China,namely,T.calidominioluteus and T.gaditanus.Talaromyces calidominioluteus grows slowly on CYA and MEA,producing moderate or abundant conidia in deep greyish-green colour with pale sulphur-yellow mycelium and moderate light orange-yellow soluble pigment and rufous reverse on CYA.Talaromyces gaditanus grows limitedly on CYA,producing sparse conidia and white mycelium mingled with a light red tint and moderate red soluble pigment,with blood-red reverse,grows moderately on MEA with sparse conidia and floccose green-yellow mycelium.
