集成式线控制动助力器气压检测系统设计

摘要 针对国内汽车制动系统领域的集成式线控制动助力器传统液压检测的缺陷以及气压检测的不足,搭建了一套利用气压检测方法的测试系统。该系统以上位机软件触发形式进行控制与信号采集,通过加载机构模拟外部踏板输入,利用CAN通讯对产品电子控制单元收发报文从而驱动产品内部工作,配合测控气路等硬件模块实现对被测产品的性能测试。试验结果表明:该系统能够准确实现测试目的,与传统液压测试相比具有测试介质环保及测试步骤简单等优点,验证了系统的有效性和可行性,可为总成装配生产线及产品下线前测试提供可靠保证。 Aiming at the defects of traditional hydraulic detection and the blank of barometric pressure detection of integrated brake-by-wire boosters in the field of domestic automotive brake systems,a test system using the barometric pressure detection method was built.The system controlled and acquired signals in the form of the host computer software triggers,the external pedal input was simulated by a load mechanism,CAN communication was used to send and receive messages to electronic control unit to drive the inner works,cooperated with hardware modules such as measurement and control air paths to realize the performance test.The test results indicate that the system is able to accurately achieve test objective,it has the advantages of environmental test medium and simple test steps compared to traditional hydraulic test,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified,it can provide reliable guarantee for assembly production lines and end-of-line testing of products.
