新时代高校党外知识分子思想政治引导工作对策研究——以陕西省高校为例

A Countermeasure Study on Ideological and Political Work of Non-Party Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities in the New Era——Taking Universities in Shaaxi as an Example

做好党外知识分子思想政治引导工作是高校党的建设与统战工作的重要内容,高校应通过加强党对高校的全面领导,凝聚共识、发挥作用、构建机制,把广大党外知识分子紧密团结在党的周围,汇聚起实现民族复兴的磅礴力量。结合陕西省高校党外知识分子思想政治引导工作实际,阐述了新时代高校党外知识分子思想政治引导工作的研究意义,分析了党外知识分子思想特点及形成原因,剖析了党外知识分子思想政治引导工作现存问题,并探索了可行的对策。

Doing a good job in ideological and political guidance of non-party intellectuals is an important part of CPC building and united front work in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should strengthen the Party’s overall leadership over colleges and universities,gather consensus,play a role,and construct mechanism,so as to unite the majority of non-party intellectuals closely around the Party and gather the great power to realize national rejuvenation.This paper combines the practice of ideological and political guidance of non-party intellectuals in Shaanxi colleges and universities,expounding the significance of the research on the ideological and political work of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities in the new era,analyzes the characteristics and reasons of non-party intellectuals,and the current problems of the ideological and political guidance work of non-party intellectuals and explores feasible countermeasures.
