贵州某磷矿充填技术改造与应用

摘要 根据矿体产状及生产规模,贵州瓮福磷矿大塘矿采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法开采,结合矿体与围岩的力学性质,采空区采用矿山自产的磷尾矿进行充填,开展的全尾矿充填技术研究结果表明,利用由试验确定的充填材料配比制备的充填料浆进行充填,可以降低充填成本;对采空区充填体原位钻孔取芯试样的单轴抗压强度试验结果表明,充填体强度可以满足采矿需求,并使充填成本降低了15%;全尾矿充填工艺为延长尾矿库服务年限起到了重要作用,其经济效益显著,以每年充填36万m~3计算,相比以往的充填工艺,全尾矿充填工艺每年可以多消耗尾矿约10万t。研究成果可为后期的资源高效利用提供重要的技术支撑。 According to the occurrence and production scale of the ore body,the Datang Mine of Wengfu Phosphate Mine adopts a stage open pit followed by filling mining method.Combining the mechanical properties of the ore body and surrounding rock,the goaf was filled with self produced phosphorus tailings from the mine.The research results of the full tailings filling technology conducted show that filling with filling slurry prepared according to the determined filling material ratio through experiments can reduce the filling cost.The uniaxial compressive strength test results of in-situ drilled core samples of the filling body in the goaf indicate that the strength of the filling body can meet the mining requirements and reduce the filling cost by 15%.The full tailings filling process has played an important role in extending the service life of tailings ponds,and its economic benefits were significant,with an annual filling of 360 000 m~3.According to calculations,compared to previous filling processes,the full tailings filling process can consume approximately 100 000 tons of tailings annually.The research results can provide important technical support for efficient resource extraction in the later stage.
