数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Rural Construction on the Common Prosperity of Farmers and Countryside

数字经济时代研究数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕的影响具有重要的理论与现实意义。从理论上分析数字乡村建设对农民农村共同富裕的影响效应和内在作用机制,并基于全国省级数字乡村建设和农民农村共同富裕综合指数实证研究发现:在研究的样本期内,数字乡村建设显著加速了农民农村共同富裕的历史进程,数字基础设施和数字乡村治理作为数字乡村建设两个重要的维度均显著提升了农民农村共同富裕水平,数字乡村治理带来的农村共富效应大于数字基础设施建设;农村产业发展和农村集体经济发展是数字乡村赋能农民农村共同富裕的有效路径。

The study of the impact of digital rural construction on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in the digital economy era has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper theoretically analyzes the impact and internal mechanism of digital rural construction on the common prosperity of farmers in rural areas.Based on the national provincial digital rural construction and the comprehensive index of common prosperity of farmers in rural areas,empirical research has found that during the sample period of the study,digital rural construction has significantly accelerated the historical process of common prosperity of farmers in rural areas.As two important dimensions of digital rural construction,digital infrastructure and digital rural governance have significantly improved the level of common prosperity of farmers in rural areas,and the effect of digital rural governance on rural common prosperity is greater than that of digital infrastructure construction;Rural industrial development and rural collective economic development are effective ways for digital rural areas to empower farmers to achieve common prosperity in rural areas;There are significant regional heterogeneity and sub dimensional heterogeneity in enabling rural common prosperity in digital rural areas.
