Research on Energy Intensity in China from the Perspective of Technological Progress

摘要 通过对我国能源强度进行现状和理论分析,建立研究假设并进行实证检验。研究发现:低碳能源投入要素下的技术进步效率要高于高碳能源,并提出了能源分类情形下的最优能源强度;从技术进步角度来看,研发支出和发明专利的提升有助于抑制我国能源强度,外贸凭借规模优势、外商直接投资的技术溢出、低碳能源消费占比的提升也有助于抑制我国能源强度,而内贸、电商发展、第二产业占比的上升会促进我国能源强度。 Through the current situation and theoretical analysis of China's energy intensity,the research hypothesis and empirical test are set up,the research shows that:The efficiency of technological progress under low carbon energy input is higher than that of high carbon energy input.The optimal energy intensity in the case of energy classification is proposed,which enriches the theoretical system of energy intensity.Empirical evidence shows that,from the perspective of technological progress,the increase of R&D expenditure and effective invention patents helps to restrain China's energy intensity,while the increase of foreign trade with scale advantages,technology spillover of foreign direct investment,and the increase of low-carbon energy consumption will also help to restrain China's energy inten-sity,while the increase of domestic trade,e-commerce trading business,and the proportion of second industry will promote China's en-ergy intensity.
