摘要
进入数字化信息时代,中国制造业国际竞争格局发生根本性变革,内部创新不足和外部竞争加剧成为目前急需解决的关键问题。数字贸易以数据流动为牵引,以数字服务为核心,为推动中国制造业GVC升级提供了新思路。首先基于“供给侧—需求端—供需联动”角度,构建理论分析框架,对数字贸易驱动制造业GVC升级的内在逻辑进行了阐述;其次从数字技术、数字平台、数字服务和数据流动角度考察了数字贸易驱动中国制造业GVC升级的实践困境;再次针对上述问题,提出增强数字技术研创能力、优化数字平台运营环境、推动数字服务产业发展及消除数据要素流通屏障的优化路径,以期为促进我国制造业转型升级提供有益借鉴。
Entering the digital information age,the international competitive landscape of China’s manufacturing industry has undergone fundamental changes,with insufficient internal innovation and intensified external competition becoming key issues that urgently need to be addressed.With data flow as the traction and digital services as the core,digital trade provides a new idea for promoting the upgrading of GVC in China’s manufacturing industry.Firstly,based on the perspective of“supply side-demand side-supply demand linkage”,the paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework and expounds the internal logic ofdigital trade driving GVC upgrading in the manufacturing industry.Secondly,from the perspective of digital technology,digital platform,digital service and data flow,the paper examines the practical dilemma of digital trade driving GVC upgrading in China’s manufacturing industry.Finally,in response to the above issues,optimization paths are proposed to enhance the research and innovation capabilities of digital technology,optimize the operating environment of digital platforms,promote the development of the digital service industry and eliminate barriers to data element circulation,in order to provide useful reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.
