摘要
在工业生产领域由于生产工艺连续性的要求,使用超声波流量计在线校准被测流量计得到广泛应用。该文在介绍了超声波流量计测量原理的基础上,分析影响超声波流量计测量精度的影响因素,提出最容易忽视的因素是超声波在介质中的传播速度如何确定,并提出使用相位法测量超声波在介质中的传播速度,通过观察Lissajous图形周期性的变化,得到超声波在被测介质中的传播速度,进一步提高了超声波流量计在线校准的测量精度。
In the field of industrial production,the ultrasonic flowmeter is widely used to calibrate the flowmeter on-line due to the requirement of process continuity.On the basis of introducing the measuring principle of ultrasonic flowmeter,this paper analyzes the influencing factors on the measuring accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter,and puts forward that the most neglected factor is how to determine the propagation velocity of ultrasonic wave in the medium,by observing the periodicity of Lissajous figure,the propagation velocity of ultrasonic wave in the measured medium can be obtained,the measurement accuracy of on-line calibration of ultrasonic flowmeter is further improved.
