基于层状双金属氢氧化物/碳纳米管复合材料的双酚A电化学传感器的构建及应用

摘要 采用层状镍/铁双金属氢氧化物/碳纳米管复合材料(NiFe-LDH/CNT)构建了高灵敏度的双酚A(BPA)电化学传感器,探讨了BPA在该传感器上的电化学行为和氧化反应动力学参数。实验结果表明,该传感器在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中对BPA有较强的电催化作用,于0.505 V电位处出现灵敏的氧化峰。利用线性扫描伏安法检测BPA浓度线性范围为0.05~50.0μmol/L,检出限为9.8 nmol/L。该方法用于塑料和纺织品实际样品中BPA的定量检测,回收率在96.0%~105%之间。该传感器成本低、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,为检测BPA提供了一种简便有效的方法。 A highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for Bisphenol A(BPA)was constructed using Ni/Fe layered double hydroxide/carbon nanotube composite(NiFe-LDH/CNT),and the electrochemical behavior and oxidation kinetic parameters of BPA on the fabricated sensor were deeply investigated.The research showed that BPA had good electrocatalytic behavior on the sensor in phosphate buffer solution(PBS),and a sensitive oxidation peak appeared at 0.505 V.The linear scanning voltammetry was used for BPA detection,and the sensor had a linear relationship of BPA in the range of 0.05-50.0μmol/L and a detection limit of 9.8 nmol/L.The method was applied to the quantitative determination of BPA in plastics and textile with the recoveries of BPA ranging from 96.0%to 105%.The sensor provides a simple and effective way for direct detection of BPA with low cost,high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.
