An Analysis of Pepper Production and Trade Situation in China

胡椒是世界重要的香料饮料作物和经济作物。中国胡椒生产规模较小,占世界份额较低,但中国是世界胡椒主产国之一,贸易逆差持续扩大。通过对世界及中国胡椒的生产、进出口贸易数据进行比较,分析了世界及中国胡椒生产规模、单产、进出口贸易的现状及趋势;预测中国胡椒产业发展趋势,并提出应对策略。

Pepper is a vital spice beverage and cash crop in the world.Although compared with other countries,Chinese pepper has a smaller production scale and a lower share.However,China is one of the major producers,and the trade deficit continues to expand.In this paper,we compared the production,import,and export trade data of pepper in the world and China and analyzed the current situation and trend in production scale,unit yield,and international trade.Finally,Predict the de-velopment trend of China's pepper industry and propose corresponding strategies.
