Strategies of Laboratory Safety Management in Colleges and Universities under the Concept of“People-centered and Prevention-oriented”

高校实验室的安全管理是一项非常复杂的工作。作者从“以人为本、预防为主”的理念出发,提出了以教育、预防和监管为核心的3种安全管理策略,将实验室安全管理覆盖到实验活动全过程,积极主动地做好实验室安全防范,最大限度地降低实验风险,为高校实验室安全的可持续发展提供参考。

The safety management of university laboratory is a very complicated work.Based on the concept of“people-centered and prevention-oriented”,this paper puts forward three safety management strategies with education,prevention and supervision as the core.These strategies cover the laboratory safety management to the whole process of experimental activities,proactively do a good job in laboratory safety precautions,minimize experimental risks,and provide reference for the sustainable development of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.
