摘要
对一款水平方向埋入磁片、垂直方向填塞环氧类导磁树脂的埋置磁芯印制电路板(PCB)制作工艺进行研究。重点研究了磁片的加工性能、磁片压合定位控制、环氧类导磁树脂材料塞孔控制等。通过选用制程兼容性好的磁片,压合时采用磁片辅助定位方法,优化导磁树脂塞孔用铝片开窗尺寸,搭配专用塞孔参数,实现了埋置磁芯印制电路板的加工,最终使产品性能满足设计要求。
In this paper,a magnetic core embedded printed circuit board(PCB)product with horizontal embedment and vertical filling of epoxy magnetic conductive resin is studied,focusing on the processing performance of the magnetic sheet,the clamping and positioning control of the magnetic sheet,and the plug control of epoxy magnetic conductive resin material.By selecting the hard magnetic sheet with good process compatibility,using the magnetic sheet assisted positioning method when pressing,optimizing the window size of the aluminum sheet used in the magnetic conductive resin jack,and matching the special jack parameters,the processing of the magnetic core embedded PCB product is realized.
