摘要
以2008—2019年国泰安数据库中的家族企业数据为样本,采用固定效应模型,对社会信任、家族企业去家族化及企业创新的关系进行研究。结果表明:去家族化抑制了家族企业的创新投入,职业经理人占比不宜过大;社会信任能缓解家族企业去家族化对企业创新投入的负向影响,即社会信任水平越高,家族企业去家族化对企业创新投入的抑制作用越弱。
This research takes the family business data in Guotai′an database from 2009 to 2018 as samples,and uses the fixed effect model to study the relationship between social trust,family business defamilialization and business innovation.The results show that the defamilization of family business inhibits the innovation input of family business,the proportion of non-family managers should not be too large.Social trust can alleviate the negative relationship between the defamilization of family business and the innovation input of business.That is,the higher the level of social trust is,the weaker the inhibition effect of the defamilisation of family businesses on the innovation input of enterprises is.
